Programmer Magazine
I met Programmer 程序员 magazine editor Han, Lei 韩磊 yesterday, who gave me their January edition as a gift. I flip through the magazine, found out that there was an article "New Characteristics of View and Route in Rails 2.0" written by Bin. I brought the magazine over to him and congratulated him, he just sat there and casually commented "Oh, there is another one coming next month." Just like saying "Oh, tomorrow is going to be sunny too."
I didn't know what to say...humble personality is such a common trait and a great trait in engineers, they never make big deal out of themselves. I have been lucky to get to know so many of them, just like Bin. They won my respect, because of that...
Bin joined FreeWheel recently from Nibirutech, where he served as CTO.
Programmer magazine is the No. 1 technical magazine in China, there are 2.4 million members and subscribers. Even though Bin didn't make a big deal out it, I still wanted to say: congratulations, Bin!
